Milling plants to arrive next month
Government says the milling plants that have been procured from China will be delivered in the country in the next one month.
Agriculture Minister Given Lubinda says components of the milling plants have been loaded and will be arriving in the country.
Mr. Lubinda was speaking to journalists at Kasama airport on Thursday.
He said Northern Province will benefit from the milling plants which are meant to address the mealie meal challenges in the province.
Mr Lubinda explained that the plants will encourage more people to go into farming as their maize will be processed within the Province.
