Say sorry,Banda tells students
Northmead Assembly of God Overseer Joshua Banda
Northmead Assembly of God Overseer Joshua Banda has urged University of Zambia- UNZA- and Copperbelt University -UNZA- students to apologise to the nation for their riotous behaviour.
Bishop Banda says the students’ behaviour has not reflected well on them.
Speaking when he addressed UNZA and CBU students at the Cathedral of the Child Jesus in Lusaka today, Bishop Banda said the students should consider themselves to be privileged as they are given government bursaries at a cost to the nation.
And CBU Chaplain Charles Chilufya said students at the institutions are remorseful for their actions and want to engage stakeholders on how to move the universities forward.
