The disabled appeal
The disabled in Chongwe District are appealing to well wishers to assist them with wheel chairs.Grace Nankonde who spoke on behalf of the disabled said wheelchairs will ease their movement.
Mrs. Nankonde also said the blind have NO sensors to guide them when moving.
Mrs. Nankonde said a group of the physically challenged have formed an Association called KAMATELO to lobby for assistance for about one hundred disabled people in Chongwe.
