Staff shortages hit UTH
The Minister of Health says insufficient human resource is a major challenge facing the University Teaching Hospital (UTH).Kapembwa Simbao said this when he visited the institution Monday.
He said UTH has a huge problem of human resource in all sectors.
And NGOCC Board Secretary Mercy Siame said civil societies are happy that government has invested a lot in improving infrastructure at the institution.
