Kapiri school project on.
Vice President George Kunda says government is constructing three high schools in Kapiri Mponshi district at a cost of over K70 billion.Mr. Kunda said this is in order to meet the demand of the growing population in the district.
He named the Schools that are under construction as Kapiri Mponshi day high School, Kapiri Mponshi Girls' Technical high School and Chipepo high School.
The Vice President said 16 basic Schools are also under construction in the district.
Mr. Kunda said this when he addressing a rally at Kapiri Mposhi main bus station.
He also disclosed that government was construction a district hospital at a cost of K13 billion.
On the water reticulation project, Mr. Kunda said government was working on a 4 million US dollars project in the district.
He said all these projects were an indication on how determined government was to develop the country.
The Vice President is in Central Province to inspect developmental projects, hold public rallies and meet chiefs in the area.
