Minister of Water Development and Natural Resources Dennis Wachinga says education should be a continuous process for anyone who wishes to upgrade their qualifications.
Dr Wachinga was referring to Minister of Tourism and Arts Charles Banda who has graduated with a Doctorate in philosophy from Africa Research University after he did a research on the role of the public media in a liberal society.
Dr Wachinga explained that there is need to keep upgrading skills because this will contribute to the development of the country.
He was speaking at the graduation ceremony of 80 students from Africa Reserve University who graduated in various categories.
And Former Minister of foreign affairs Kelly Walubuta has also graduated with a master’s degree in public administration.
Meanwhile Tourism minister Charles Banda has urged the youths to take advantage of institutions of higher learning that Government is constructing to obtain higher qualifications.
And another graduate Dr Anne Chewe, a lecturer in the school of law at the university if Zambia who did a research on Gender says women should be focused if they want to attain higher qualifications.
