Reverend Sumaili says this will ensure all Zambians have access to HIV prevention and treatment services.
Speaking in Lusaka at a candlelight memorial service last night Reverend Sumaili said the number of AIDS related deaths among adults has reduced considerably.
And Council of Churches in Zambia Representative Father James Phiri said reducing HIV and AIDS new infections is within reach because solutions of the pandemic begin with an individual.
