Muchinga Province Minister Malozo Sichone has challenged universities in the country to produce well trained human resource to enable them to drive the economy.
Mr. Sichone says it is important that the trained personnel utilize their acquired skills to effectively contribute to national development.
He said this during the graduation of 1-hundred and 44 graduands of Kapasa Makasa University in Chinsali.
And Copperbelt University -CBU- Chancellor, Muyunda Mwanalushi said Government has continued to demonstrate goodwill by providing financing opportunities to the institution through World Bank funding which is administered through the Zambia Aquaculture Development Project -ZADP-.
This year’s Kapasa Makasa University’s graduation theme is “Quest for sustainability and consolidation of higher education idealism”.
