Israeli Ambassador to Zambia Gershon Kedar says his government will continue partnering with Zambia in all economic aspects including health.
Speaking today when he handed over the Prepex equipment which will be used for mobile male circumcision, Mr Kedar said the move is meant to help Zambia attain its dream of reducing new HIV/AIDS infections.
He commended the Zambian government for its commitment towards the provision of quality health services to the people.
And speaking at the same event, Minister of Health Chitalu Chilufya said the ultra-modern surgical equipment will help reduce operation hours during circumcision and prevent infections during the process.
Dr Chilufya said so far more than one million males have been circumcised.
He added that mobile equipment will enable health service providers to follow people in their areas.
