616 COVID-19 CASES RECORDED

Zambia has recorded 616 Covid-19 cases out of 4,925 tests conducted in the last 24 hours .

The country has also recorded 5 deaths of which One is a Covid-19 death, while 4 are Covid -19 associated deaths.

According to the Zambia National Public Health Institute statistics obtained by ZNBC News, the country has also recorded 1,521 recoveries bringing the cumulative total recoveries to 289,167.

Currently the country has 8,146 active cases of which 125 are admitted in isolation centres .

Of the 125, 61 are on Oxygen while 20 are in a critical state.
