“Bill 10 To Secure Rights For Differently-abled”
Bwana Mkubwa Member of Parliament, Jonas Chanda has assured differently-abled people in the constituency of equal rights and opportunities in Parliament once Bill number 10 of 2019 goes through .
Dr. Chanda explained to differently-abled people based at Ndola’s Kang’onga centre that the Constitutional Amendment Bill 10 seeks to secure and uplift their rights.
Dr. Chanda said once enacted into law, the bill will significantly help to break physical, institutional among other barriers that currently prevent differently abled people to access services like other citizens do.
He said it is sad that some opposition leader wants the Bill to fall despite it containing clauses that will help the people.
