BRITAIN READY TO SUPPORT ERP

British High Commissioner to Zambia Nicholas Wooley says his government stands ready to support the full implementation of the newly launched Economic Recovery Programme.

Mr. Wooley says the British government remains committed in ensuring key sectors of the economy such as Mines, Tourism and Agriculture are well supported.

He told ZNBC news that this will in turn help grow the economy.

And Economist Oliver Saasa has told ZNBC news that the programme is a positive move to economic recovery for the country.

Professor Saasa said good implementation of the programme is key to the country’s economic recovery agenda.
