By Chansa Kunda
ZANACO Football club has hired Kelvin Kaindu as Head Coach on a one-year deal.
Kaindu takes over from Chris Kaunda, who was suspended before the end of the 2020/2021 season and parted ways with the Club last week.
Kaindu returns for a third stint at the club where he was Captain and served as assistant Coach to Wedson Nyirenda and Numba Mumamba.
The Former Nkana and Buildcon Football Club head coach was officially unveiled at the Club’s Secretariat this morning.
And Club Management said the move to hire Kaindu is right looking at his qualifications as he possesses a UEFA B diploma and the FA international license among other credentials.
Acting General Manager Roy Mutombo said his experience will help the club in its quest to perform better in the MTN Super league and continental football.
Kaindu immediately swung into action and will be part of the team that takes part in the 10 days pre-season Training Camp in Livingstone.
