MWEPU, DAKA OUT OF TUNISIA MATCH
By Wilson Mulinda:
Chipolopolo England Based Duo Patson Daka and Enock Mwepu will NOT be available for Tuesday’s game against Tunisia due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- President Andrew Kamanga says the technical bench will do everything possible to build on the win against Mauritania when they host Tunisia.
Kamanga has also urged the team to put the victory behind them and focus on the coming match.
Speaking when he addressed the team after the match, Kamanga called on the players to stay focused and motivate one another for the remaining games.
And Chipolopolo Coach, Beston Chambeshi said the victory is an important starting point for the team.
Chambeshi said Mauritania came out strong, but commended the team for staying strong in Defence.
He said Zambia needs to attack more than defend if they are to win the game against Tunisia.
Meanwhile, Football Analyst, Tobias Kakoma, has appealed to football fans NOT to pressurize national team Coach, Chambeshi, as Zambia seeks qualification to the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup.
Kakoma said Chambeshi must be commended for recording a win despite being with the team for a limited period of time.
