ZESCO UNITED FC RECORD DEFEAT

ZESCO United have recorded another defeat, this time at the hands of Power Dynamos in week 31 of the MTN Super league fixtures.
Fresh from a one nil loss to Nkana, the current Super league log leaders where in similar fashion stung with a 25th minute strike by Godfrey Gwenya.
The second loss has confined ZESCO to 55 points at the summit while Dynamos bounced back to winning ways after going eight games without a win and are now 7th on the table on 41 points.
The Arthur Davis stadium played host to a double header and in the first game relegation leakers Kitwe United recorded their second victory this season as they stunned Kabwe Warriors 2-1.
In Lusaka Nkwazi bounced back to winning ways with a three-nil win over giant slayers Young Green eagles while 10 men Red arrows beat Forest Rangers 3-0 to go third on the log standings.
And, ZESCO United Coach Numba Mumamba has attributed the team loss to failure of creating chances in the game.
Mumamba said the players needed to push adding that they played well despite conceding a goal in the first half.
And, Power Dynamos Interim Head Coach Masauso Tembo said it was a sweet victory for the team who only have three games to play before they conclude the season.
Tembo said the team targets to finish the season on a positive note despite losing points their campaign so far.
